lovely design interactive desk bar experience
the hotel interior design is lovely. a very interactive front desk is available. i did enjoyed the bokan bar experience a lot.
i found that the tv had no film channels available, it was a slight disappointment.

rooftop restaurant friendly staff amazing breakfast slow shower no mirror long warmup
The location was very convenient. there was a cafe and a great rooftop restaurant. the rooms seemed spacious and well-kept, i found the room clean. i thought the breakfast was amazing. the staff was friendly. They went the extra mile to help.
the room took a long time to warm up. the shower did not work properly initially, i had to call reception about it. i found no mirror near the dressing table.

The room offered a nice bathroom. The sauna was a great amenity. Staff stored my bags after checkout and that helped my trip a lot.
Mold was present in the shower. Food crumbs were on the floor when I arrived. The carpet was also dirty and needed vacuuming.

convenient location friendly staff efficient check-in lovely atmosphere
The location was convenient! it had quick access to restaurants. the staff was friendly and helpful. Teejay checked me in efficiently. i enjoyed the amazing views from the 38th-floor restaurant. i found the atmosphere lovely.
the pool changing rooms felt small and open. separate changing areas would have been preferable for enhanced privacy.

clean room spacious suite complimentary upgrade
The room was clean and spacious. Akif upgraded our room to a studio suite. This upgrade happened for free because our initially assigned room was not quite ready upon arrival.
I found some limescale on the shower head, though it was a minor issue.
